Wayke operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide customers with an online shopping experience. The store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale, together with the policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website or purchase from us.

Wayke sells wellness and lifestyle products, including nasal strips and wearable sleep-related accessories.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue or limit the availability of any product at our discretion.
Wayke products are wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary. If you have breathing difficulties, sleep apnea, skin sensitivity, allergies, a medical condition, or concerns about using a product, consult a healthcare professional before use.
For nasal strips: use only as instructed. Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburned, or sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
For wearable sleep accessories: use only as instructed. Do not rely on the product for emergency alarms or critical alerts. Stop use if discomfort, irritation, or any safety concern occurs.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or breach of these Terms.

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier offered by us, physically receives the goods.

7. Returns, Withdrawal Rights, and Refunds

If you are a consumer in France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants cancellation rights for distance purchases, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.

Products must be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain sealed products may not be eligible for return once opened, unsealed, used, or no longer suitable for resale, where permitted by applicable law. This may include nasal strips or similar personal-use products.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have shipped them back, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits your mandatory legal rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or non-conforming products.

Consumers may benefit from mandatory legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
You may cancel future renewals through the subscription management link provided in your customer account, order emails, or by contacting us at hello@wayke.store.
For French consumers, an online cancellation function titled “Cancel your subscription” / “Résilier votre contrat”, or equivalent wording, must be made available through the website or customer account area.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been billed or processed, unless required by law or permitted under our Refund Policy.
If a payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment, notify you, pause the subscription, or cancel the subscription according to the subscription settings and applicable law.
