Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the Wayke online store.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country that grants cancellation rights for distance purchases, you may have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the last product.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly before the end of the withdrawal period.

Please include your order number, full name, email address, and the product or products you wish to return.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory.

Where required by law, you may also exercise your withdrawal right using the online withdrawal function available here:

If you use the online withdrawal function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email or another durable medium.

3. Return Conditions

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the product within 14 days, unless we agree otherwise.

Before sending a return, contact us at hello@wayke.store so we can provide return instructions.

Returned products must be complete, unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging where possible.

Products must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection and resale, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or non-conformity.

The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by law if you validly exercise your right of withdrawal.

Additional costs for express, premium, upgraded, or non-standard shipping options may not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

5. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may not be eligible for return where an exception applies under consumer protection law.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed products that are not suitable for return cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, used, damaged, or made unsuitable for resale.

This may apply to nasal strips and other personal-use hygiene products once opened or unsealed.

This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not in conformity with the contract.

6. Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the eligible amount using the same payment method used for the original order, unless another method is agreed.

We will process the refund within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, where permitted by law.

If a returned product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is used, damaged, incomplete, opened where hygiene rules apply, or reduced in value, we may reduce the refund where permitted by law.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@wayke.store.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos or videos showing the issue where relevant.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not in conformity with the contract, we will provide a solution in accordance with applicable law. This may include replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.

You do not have to pay return shipping costs for products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not in conformity where applicable law requires the seller to cover them.

8. Legal Guarantees

Consumers may benefit from mandatory legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

These guarantees apply independently of this Return and Refund Policy and independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

For new goods sold to consumers in France and the European Union, the legal guarantee of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery.

If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges.

If you want a different product, size, quantity, or variant, contact us at hello@wayke.store. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the original product and place a new order.

10. Subscription Orders

If you purchase a subscription, cancellation of the subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been billed, processed, or shipped, unless required by law or permitted under this policy.

If you want to cancel a subscription, use the subscription management link, customer portal, customer account, or contact us at hello@wayke.store.

For French consumers, where a subscription can be concluded online, an online cancellation function must be available through the website or customer area.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned to sender because of customer action or inaction, we may deduct shipping costs, return fees, customs fees, or carrier charges from any refund where permitted by law.

This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
